Cancellation Policy
By booking with AahRelax, you agree to participate in a calm, respectful, and collaborative session. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services that compromise the well‑being of our therapists or the quality of the experience. No in Room massage in Santa Monica Hotels due to the Santa Monica City ordinances are old out of date and they don’t allow it! Policies: 15 minutes GRACE if change mind to book. Do not book if you have multiple levels of stairs, flights and no Elevator. Elevators are required for any stairs, especially 2 or more. Thank you for understanding. 4 hour Cancellation Period. Less than 4 hours is an automatically 50% FEE. Parking Reimbursed if FREE street parking is Unavailable or street sweeping is in effect at the time of appointment. Clients responsible for parking FEES if professional has to pay to come serve guests.
